Java – How to make a code/comment template in Eclipse EE

Soon I started to write Javadocs and it was boring every time to write on hand the most common tags( like author, version and etc.). I found that you can create your custom code/comment template and reuse it. Here is the path of template creation:

Windows menu –> Preferences –> Java –> Code Stype –> Code Template (2 options: Comments & Code) –> Choose something and then click some of the buttons on right (Edit, Import, Export)

    You can also pass this information in the eclipse command line:

    /eclipse.exe -vmargs -Duser.name=”Tsvetan Vasilev”
